The Walking Dead Show Still Continuing

The Walking Dead's latest episode, Variant, poses a host of important questions: is it better to die a hero or live in perpetual fear like a coward? And does it take more strength and bravery to live than it does to die in this post-apocalyptic, zombie strewn world?

Episode 19 of The Walking Dead features flashbacks of Eugene (Josh McDermitt) during his desperate moments, from begging Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) to save his life to teaming up with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in the Savior days. Eugene now faces his toughest decision yet; will he abscond to safety with Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Rosita (Christian Serratos), or stay behind in The Commonwealth?

The episode opened with scenes of chaos. There were decaying zombies causing death and destruction, and walls and doors are no longer as safe as they were - which one character finds out the hard way.

Meanwhile, the finale is now five episodes away, so expect to see Daryl (Norman Reedus), Carol (Melissa McBride) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) continuing on their quest for survival.

Fans will have to wait until Monday 24th October for episode 20, titled What's Been Lost.

The final season of The Walking Dead is arriving via Star on Disney Plus throughout October and November.

That won't be it for Maggie and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) however, with the characters set to star in their own spin-off – The Walking Dead: Dead City – while Fear the Walking Dead, The Walking Dead: World Beyond and anthology series Tales of the Walking Dead continue to air.
